Uplift Energy is a blend of following intuition while using the core techniques learned from my Healing Touch training (Healing Beyond Borders), a 2-year mentorship program under a Master Energy Healer, my Bachelors in Metaphysical Science (University of Sedona), as well as multiple continuing education classes (see home page for all certifications). 

During a session you will receive safe, relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy that uses gentle, intentional touch to assist in balancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Aromatherapy and stones or crystals accompany treatment as needed. Since we are all unique beings each session is tailored to each specific person’s needs.

The collection of nurturing techniques energize and balance the human and environmental energy fields supporting the ability to create harmony. 

Every session is closed with a prayer of gratitude, requesting continued love & light as the guest continues their journey towards their highest good. 

It is beneficial in calming anxiety and reducing symptoms of depression, decreasing pain, strengthening the immune system, enhancing recovery from surgery, complementing care for neck and spine problems, deepening spiritual connection, supporting cancer care, creating a sense of well-being, easing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting resiliency in individuals.

This organic approach has zero negative side-effects making energy work complementary to be integrated with standard medical care.
