These are my end of season writing prompts. Whether I write in one sitting or over the course of several days, I get the most value when I fully immerse myself in the process. I am creating a path towards desired change by leaning into the feelings, being honest, inviting love, and creating a plan of action.
My wish for you is that you discover and connect with your gifts. That you have the courage to love and live. And that you invest in yourself each day with grace and exploration.
With love,
Stina
9 Questions for Reflecting, Releasing, & Receiving
*It’s okay if a question invokes unease, write through it.
1. How am I, really? I promise to write the truth – the good, the fears, the beautiful. I am not my feelings.
2. What drains my energy? Is it my thought patterns, my behavior, my environment, people?
3. What has been a challenge and its lesson this season? I will let this lesson be a guide.
4. What do I want to release? What have I held onto for too long? Reminder, be honest. Are these objects, relationships, forgiveness work?
5. What accomplishments this season am I proud of? Nothing is too little.
6. Who were the most impactful people this season & why? What makes them different? I will let them know how appreciated they are.
7. What makes me happy? Shut my eyes, envision myself doing it, how does my body feel? How am I breathing, am I smiling, what does it smell like, who is around me, what are they doing? ENJOY it, then write it down so I can relive it.
8. What is one simple thing I can do daily to live my best life? And how will I hold myself accountable to do this?
Bonus Soul Work.
My word(s) this coming season will be? Write down 10-20 words that describe the type of energy I want to call in the next year. Is there a theme from the previous writing prompts? I will reflect on these words, then select 1 or 2.
How will I incorporate my word(s) into my daily life? Will I set a calendar reminder, alarms, tell a trusted friend?
